The former 1996 Salvation Army building will be converted into four apartments above a medical practice on the ground floor. The apartments are 185-230m2 in size and can be laid out as the buyers desire. The apartments’ west-facing façade will be given spacious covered balconies that can be turned into garden rooms with the folding glass windows.
