The total surface area for the retail buildings is approx. 30,000 m2. The buildings are characterised by buttresses built of gabions, large glass façades and the arcades. Moreover, all of the advertising on the building fronts are uniform and integrated into the design. All the buildings are round in the plan. The following have already moved to Melmerpark: Action, Aldi, Hubo, Primo Keukens, Het Sfeerhuis, Jysk, Henders en Hazel, Fit for Free, Kitchen Select, Flevo Tegel, restaurant Plaza N50, VWC office supplies and Halfords.
