The water-rich neighbourhood ‘Het Mallegat’ in the village of Oldemarkt is a spacious and green residential area abounding in water, situated on the northside of Oldemarkt’s village centre. The area has been realised in three phases, whereby a close connection between town-planning and architecture has been observed.

In this third phase of the project, 12 semi-detached houses are being added to the area. The residences can be reached by road as well as by water, since all of them have a water-facing garden, promising the experience of nature at its best. All in all, living in ‘Het Mallegat’ will bring together the best of luxury and countryside.
