80 homes on het Mallegat in Oldemarkt. The project was completed in three phases, despite which the project is architecturally cohesive. The first phase comprises 44 detached and semi-detached houses to buy, in various sizes and layouts thanks to the many extension options. The second phase comprises the construction of 20 terraced houses, to buy and to let. The third phase concerns 12 terraced houses for life. All of the properties have a garden along the water with a boat jetty.
