On the site of the former tax office is a building with 36 luxury apartments on the edge of Kampen city park, right in the middle of nature. On the semi-subterranean ground floor is a car park and storage area. The first floor is 1.5 metres above ground level, giving the apartments an uninterrupted view and lots of privacy. The apartments have been terraced in such a way that the living rooms and their sun lounges are always on a corner. These sun lounges can be used as balconies in the summer. Buyers had the option to contribute ideas on the layout. There was also an option to combine apartments into a bigger apartment.
